1. general terms
To submit a commission inquiry, please contact me via twitter. You can do that form the home tab via the order button.
Please make sure to input all necessary information.
Please also make sure your information is clear as well as accompanied by suitable visual references.**I will NOT draw **♡ mecha

♡ elderly charactersI as the artist have the right to deny commissions for any reason.2. payment
Payment for the commission must be made within 2 days after the commission inquiry is confirmed and accepted, unless agreed otherwise between seller and customer. I will not start the making of the commission until payment has been transfered.
Please do not make an inquiry if you are unable to proceed with the payment.
The only currency accepted is USD.
Payments are made through an invoice sent to your mail. For this i require your legal name and address.
This information will only be used for invoice and will not be shared.
In sertain cases i will allow paypal as payment if the first is not an option.
3. extra fees
In addition to the base price, different fees may apply:♡ Extra characters within the same artwork are an additional 75% of the base price.
♡ Medium props (small pets, handheld items, foods, etc.) are + 10 usd.
♡ Large props (Closer to the characters size, giant plushies, etc) are + 20 usd.4. revisions and delivery
You will receive a sketch of the piece and have the right to request any changes and edits, as well as to check that I didn’t miss anything from your inquiry.
I will not be making changes that you, the customer have not agreed upon or was in the information you sent me upon receiving the inquiry.
The sketch is the only scheduled revision you will receive. I will not be sending more Wip, unless specifically asked so.
When I turn in my final version you may request minor edits such as color adjustments or other smaller details.
If you wish to have something bigger changed that will be an additional fee based on how big the adjustment is.
The deadline is set prior to the payment process, this is decided between me the seller and you the customer. By proceeding with the payment you confirm that you are aware and agree with the set deadline.
Commissioned work will be sent to you via mail. This will contain all requested files.5. copyright and usageAll artworks will include a subtle signature that you are not allowed to remove.
As the artist i choose to retain all copyrights over the commissioned work.
As the artist i have the right to cancel a commission and offer a refund if I am unable to
complete the order for personal reasons.
As the artist i can post the final version of the drawing on my social media and use it as a sample for my work.
As the artist i Will not further profit from the commissioned work.
If you for any reason would like me to not post it on my social media, please include that in the information for the inquiryThe customer is allowed to use the artwork for personal use, social media and print for personal use along as they are not making monetary value from my work. Unless paying an addiontal 2x fee from the base priceThere are no requirement for tagging me if used online. It is however a requirement to visibly credit me as the artist.The customer is NOT allowed to use the copyrighted work monetarily. This means making money off it in any way without paying the commercial fee.
The customer is not allowed to Claim the artwork as their own.
The customer is not allowed to Remove my signature from the artwork.
The customer is not allowed to Alter the artwork without my consent.If these are not followed by the customer i will retract the customers right to said artwork.6. cancellations & refund policy
No refunds will be accepted if a payment has already been made. If the buyer commissions me and file a chargeback the customer will no longer have rights to any of my works and will also be prohibited from commissioning me again. I will also make your name public to warn others.If 90 days have passed since the start of the commission without it being completed, the buyer may reach out to claim a refund. This is depending on the agreement we come to. If the final product is delivered to the buyer within 2 months no refunds are available.7. commercial usage
Commissioning me for any work does not allow the customer to use it for monetary purposes. For that to be allowed an additional fee needs to be paid that is 2x the base price of the work.
You may purchase the commercial right of an artwork after it has been made, this is as long as the fee for commercial use is paid.
I do not consider streaming as monetary value so any work you commission me for will be allowed to be used for streaming purposes.
